Returns & Refunds
hope that you are pleased with all your purchases from us, however if
this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with
when you return it to us within 14 days and in its original condition.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their
original packaging and do not remove any labels and tags.
For hygiene reasons, some products are non-returnable and this will be indicated in the product description. Please ensure that underwear items are tried on over your own under garments. We may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
Customised and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Returned items must be sent at the expense of the customer and a proof of postage must be obtained from your parcel courier.
If you wish to return an item, we will refund you the cost of the product within 30 days of the day that we send an email confirming your entitlement for a refund. This is providing the product returned is received by us within 14 days returns period or is faulty.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your parcel courier as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse if you are unable to provide a valid certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used for your purchase.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please do so as outlined above.
